This Joomla 1.5 training video covers how to change your footer. By default a fresh Joomla install will have it's credentials at the bottom. This is how you go about changing that information. You can also use this file to place other code into like banner code, however it is a .ini file type you edit to make these changes so I would just stick to making is read what you want, and to use a custom HTML module to put other items or media.

What the heck is Drupal?
FOR ONE, IT IS A GREAT SOLUTION TO THE NAGGING ISSUES WITH COMMUNITY BUILDER AND JOOMLA!
It's basically what Joomla can't do (plus a bunch more). There is nothing Joomla can do Drupal can't. Need an Intranet? Maybe a site with multiple workflows, per user role? Perhaps something you haven't thought of yet? For all needs that fall outside what Joomla can do Drupal is there to save the day. Joomla is like a really nice sports car, high performance, good handling and great results. Drupal is like the factory that built the car.
